ABOUT ME
My health became a priority for me in 2015 while I was in pharmacy school.
At the time I was almost 300 lbs and experiencing panic attacks.
I had chosen a career in healthcare, but was not taking care of my own wellbeing.
I decided to make a change.
That year I lost 100 lbs, and since have developed a passion for teaching and sharing information about sustainable fitness and nutrition.
My training focuses on functional strength and endurance mainly using kettlebells.
Kettlebells allow you the luxury of training from home with minimal equipment and getting amazing results!
I practice yoga regularly and enjoy running as well!
Nutrition is also a BIG part of my weight loss success and current weight management.
I believe knowledge holds all the power when it comes to progressing and maintaining that progress in your fitness journey.
